Carme Pinós has been awarded the Creu de Sant Jordi by the Generalitat de Catalunya —Government of Catalonia—.
On the afternoon of Tuesday, April 14, 2015, the architect, urban planner, and interior designer Carme Pinós i Desplat was honored with the Creu de Sant Jordi 2015. This award, presented by the Generalitat de Catalunya, recognizes her outstanding professional contributions. She joins twenty-six other individuals and fifteen entities who received this distinction.
The Creu de Sant Jordi is one of the highest honors bestowed by the Generalitat de Catalunya. Established in 1981, it aims to recognize individuals, legal entities, or social entities that have rendered exceptional services to Catalonia in the civic and cultural domains.
