Caixa Galicia Residential Tower
A Coruña, Spain
In the apartment block we split the area required in two towers to avoid competing in height with the office tower
We gave the dwellings an L shape, where the two wings generate a space that makes reference to the galleries so typical of the city of A Coruña.
The image of the tower is compositively reinforced by large double-height voids, open to the exterior as terraces of a new duplex building typology. The combnation of these two building types gives the facade formal expression.
