Houses in Punta de la Mona
Almuñécar (Granada), Spain
The development of which the house is a part covers an area of 10,000 m2 with a layout of nine plots of 1,000 m2 each for single-family houses of approximately 250 m2 built. In the center of it stands a majestic carob tree that gives its name to the development. Its location is surrounded by various natural parks and enjoys privileged views of the Mediterranean Sea from a unique cliff overlooking the Punta la Mona marina.
The houses aim for integration into the landscape, seeking a symbiosis between the residence and the garden. The design proposes solutions based on sustainability and functionality for each user.
