JVC Fair Equipment in El Bajío
Guadalajara, Mexico
Aside from the fair buildings, the complex featured roofs sheltering the different stands
and restaurants, as well as kiosks selling a variety of items.
The challenge was to design a project that could be enjoyed as a park when not functioning as a trade show venue. A place that would not appear as an empty space in times of inactivity; where all the spaces designed for events could harbor a poetic content without them.
We could say that what worried us the most was the poetic of the empty spaces.
The whole intervention must be viewed from the perspective of mobility and connection with nature.
